It's a worst and third class company. Here are no job security, anything you can loose your job. After working 1 and 1/2 year suddenly HR call me and ask for resignation. I am the only earning member of my 5 members family. And now I am 49 years old. Where I will got any job in this age? I have to do suiside now in this situation.

There is nothing to like about this company. It's been 12 years since its inception but it has not learned anything from their mistakes. There is a never-ending list but still, I am adding some points here 1. No job security- anyone can be fired at any time without any notice believe me it's anyone. 2. Poor HR Policy- HR is here only to threaten employee 3. Worst Admin team- Your reimbursement will take a minimum of 30 days and in some cases, it goes to 45-60 days, no one is there to bother about your financial crisis 4.
