1. They can terminate you any time without any further notice. 2. Work life balance is really bad. 3. There are no power provided to BDA. 4. According to my experience Company doesn't value the BDA'S.

Flexible timing i like the most you can work from home if you want to the only thing that matters is your work if you are doing that on time then you will enjoy doing your job as BDA. Growth opportunities are there and everyday you will learn new things.

Less job security when it comes to season end and cost cuttings. Rest you will love working in urban clap.

They take me as a business development associate to launch their company in new city namely coimbatore. For that i changed my location . i paid lot of money for my room advance and i believe in my role will be given me a good career opportunity but its fails ...i believed that company and i got married because i thought i have a good career but they suddenly drop me out and taken another person without giving me a time .. And even my contract doesnot finished yet...i lost everything suddenly...they tell me that my performance is not good but i launch that city and i was done in a good way ...after launch city they took new business development associate...if my performance is not good as they said then how can i launch 4 categories namely CEPC. They took me as a business Development Associate for 4 categories (CEPC) to launch our company in new city namely Coimbatore and I launch it. For that launching I changed my location from Chennai to Coimbatore and i was spend lot of money for it and i was felt in debts . and suddenly i got married due to some personal issues but i was felt happy because i have good job in Urban Company . But suddenly They dropped me and took another BDA for my replacement. And they don't give me a proper time to quite my job . They told me that my performance was not good but without good performance how can i launch new city and how can i done it for 4 categories. I dont have a intern and for 2 months i dont have a category Manager . i was the only person who launch a new city without help. Now i am in a bad condition means i have lots of debt ...
