10am to 8:30pm working hours are more and managers add extra works.....totally stressed and feeling anxiety .Even though working hours are 10 and half hour. They don't even provide the lunch facilities and don't provide any promotions

The learning curve in UC is good you get to learn more about sales, operations and overall category management and multi-tasking things at same time.

Dislikes

You don't get holidays on Saturday and also has no WFH available, You are on contract basis so there is no job security, the management also help you untill you are good are working and there are is politics happening in the category

My Experience with Urban Company – Highly Disappointing I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Urban Company, where the management lacks ethics, professionalism, and basic accountability. Employees, whether workers or those in business roles like Business Development Associates, are treated poorly without respect or consideration. The company fails to create a positive work culture or offer meaningful career growth opportunities. The senior team, including individuals like Jatin Gupta, Anshu Pathak, Rohan Kumar, and Akshay Chawla, indulge in favoritism and politics. Instead of supporting and uplifting new employees, they engage in behavior that discourages growth. I left the organization 15 days ago, yet I have not received my full and final settlement, relieving letter, or experience letter. Despite numerous follow-ups, no one responds to calls or messages, including reporting managers. This lack of support is unacceptable and has even delayed my ability to join another company. For those considering joining Urban Company, please be aware that: - No career growth:Regardless of how long you work—6 months, 1 year, or more—there are no opportunities for advancement. - Toxic environment: Internal politics overshadow any potential for success. - Unresponsive management:Managers avoid accountability, and the HR department is ineffective in addressing concerns. And also only promotes who work for long time in manager role if any one joins in a manager role but they get after appraisal growth city because internal who work from since 3 - 8 years they getting promotion only and also they judge by word of mouth to each person without seeing work and dedication I never want to come this company and not prefer not join If you want work for 3 months and it's okay And it's a contract job by quess crop But quess crop didn't see any employment mental health which treated by urban clap private limited We are the employee of quess crop I think they have to see if not then quess crop image also down due to urbanclap private limited (urban Company)....Read More

No Job security any time they can fire you they just say u have a contract for 8 months but they can kick you out anytime. They also make you work on Sunday that to from office and office timings are 10 to 9:30 some time 10 also.

i like only one thing that is salary credit date, they are good in helping

behaviour of manager is very bad and sometime they are using abousive words and one important thing is this is contractual base company, doesn't matter how you put your effort in their compnay after ending contract they will terminate the BDA's also they don't have fix timing of office they will make you work more than 9 hrs

If you are lucky enough and get a good RM , you can learn and grow in the company, there's a lot of scope for growth , exposure and upskilling but again as I mentioned you have to be lucky
