The culture is pretty good if you are a learner, you get to learn a lot of new things everyday and you get to fight new challenges which eventually makes you learn new things.

Dislikes

Sometimes just to achieve different targets quality is compromised either in terms of hiring or achieving work related targets.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

My experience with Urban Company has been pretty good. I have learned and grown a lot here. They let you learn and explore different challenges everyday which helped me in growing.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
