It has been 3 months I joined Uravu. The company in terms of business is doing well but there were no processes as such and now all departments are working on streamlining the processes because it's growing now. In my department also, I have been working on things from scratch and loving the kind of ownership I have been given. Founders are very supportive and very open in taking suggestions and ideas despite of your role and hierarchy in the organization. The founders initially focused on building the business and technology, so there weren't any processes in place. Over the last three months, I've seen their willingness and effort to set up and streamline operations. I understand that these processes were missing because the company was in its early stages.

It's great working with lovely colleagues, provision of meals + fruit is really worth the appreciation and also the sanitation, work environment and transportation service is good.
