Continuous pressure on employee to perform. They will forger your good performance once you stop performing good for just 2 months. Good incentive stricture but most of the time it will get delayed and PiP is the worst thing. 0 job security. Perform or perish is their motto.

If we try to face any issue regarding anything and concern with HR team for the same they will solve it as soon as they can. *Good salary hike quarterly increments *incentives *monthly RNR (Reward with Certificate & money) *Good work place, culture
