No one following work flow which is decide before start work. I do receive clients appreciation reviews and testimonials for Clutch and other sites but didn't get credit. The best thing about Uplers is it has very flexible working hours as it is permanent remote working company.

Dislikes

The only drawback I find in Uplers is they has very less holidays in their company calender which should be changed.

The only positive is that the job is permenant Work From Home.
