They don’t follow their rules like notice period, promotions, hikes. They can change rules anytime for their profit. Hire and forced resignation culture. Of late lot many leave this org due to torture from HRs . They are screwing up this org.

I was interviewed by Viral Dedhia. This man is sitting in his comfort zone in UPL for long time and wants everyone to be perfectionist like him. He doesn't understand English properly. I also had a very pathetic interview experience. This is one of the worst companies to work if you are not a Mumbai resident. Poor top level management.

Dislikes

Bad leadership team. No proper salary slab. No clear path in the company for experienced professionals. Bad mouthing within the company about other employees. Lacks transparency.
