Appraisals are really poor. Company itself breaking it's policy . At the interview time they said min 7 to 30% appraisal is here , although completing all the kpi I got only 3% increament .please not join this kind of company

Honestly, I felt very bad to choose this kind of organization, but I don't even figure out about what is best in this industry.

Dislikes

As I'm working in Kalol(Panchmahal) plant, there's very worst management in working as well as in HR department. You never get support from both side. I also like to add that except this UPL plant, all plants are more better compared to this firm.
