Work life is good. You will never feel work pressure. Time lines are very flexible.

Dislikes

Company is good only if you are from Mumbai HO or in IT team rest if you are at plant your life is worse for an IT person. They hire you for Mumbai or other big locations then later on sent you to the production plant where the environment is highly polluted and not good for health.

UPL started firing people randomly and say due to bad performance. No one hired in UPL without interview so now its there responsibility to develop talents based on their requirements. If they cant that its UPL's bad performance indicator.

Sometimes due to shortage of staff i had to do more workload in that company & sometimes the working areas was more than 100 kilometers away from the company.
