Canteen facilities is only thing i like other then there is nothing i am satisfied or feel happy worst is there no work friendly culture.

Dislikes

Very much useless pressure by management, ther is no one to take action to our complaint, even day by day new rules and regulations are introducing which is very much frustrating for every employee

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
