Work culture is terrible as policy can be tweaked basis on desire. Appraisal cycle not being followed. Good if candidate is targeting short term gains or benefits.

UPL work life balance is good.

UPL started firing people randomly and say due to bad performance. No one hired in UPL without interview so now its there responsibility to develop talents based on their requirements. If they cant that its UPL's bad performance indicator.
