Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

I get to work closely with the client,it will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
