I like the company's way of making farming easy, the company's agriculture base is a great platform for bright future.

When you are not judged by your ability and your hord work. A person who is promoted through flattery and gossip or when choosing between them is fired and his job is secured. This kind of politics practiced by a few people is very reprehensible and I am saddened by it. I hope the company will take this into consideration so that this does not happen to another worker. Sometimes due to shortage of staff i had to do more workload in that company & sometimes the working areas was more than 100 kilometers away from the company.
