On the offer Letter they mention two week offs but they will give you one week off. No work life balance. Work Pressure. They promise growth but not on papers. Management ensures your life is made miserable. Toxic Culture. Hitler Rule. I was told a month prior that I will not be laid off by my Manager when my other colleagues by allof a sudden was asked to put down my papers along with many others. They believe in hire & fire policy. There is no job security. The leaders decide who can stand against you and ask them to leave in the name of layoff. Leaders/Directors hire and promote candidates who were working with them in their previous organization and the ones who are working here just slog without getting any growth and promotion. No respect. Abusive managers. No security and respect for females. The ones who are good to leaders are promoted without skills.
