Uncertain team structures, calls taken without informing They don't get easy hiring because of their bad culture and end up hiring ones which are tough, sadist guys. The sadist managers then create toxic environment which leads to people leaving. The sadist managers are nothing but those typical manipulative guys who would become good to get any work done while not care if there is high pressure from above....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
