Likes

Worked in UpGrad for more than 2 years. Got a great experience and got the deserved promotions here. But things changed when the new leadership came and the trustworthy old leaders left UpGrad. They were caught kind of in a middle of a storm.

Dislikes

The new leadership is not good. They do not have great experience or the technical expertise to lead the teams properly. Only few directors are at par in terms of work ethnic and technical knowledge.

Work Details

It was good when the team was nice. Then all the good guys left.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
