Only the salary is better than some other companies.

Dislikes

work culture is terrible, the managers, and supervisors promote extra working time without any extra pay. The managers play tremendous favoritism, of course, I am the victim here so I am sharing here. :-P The shift can be changed anytime, in-between weeks. They are moving team members from different teams to another level just because if they hire from outside they have to give them a salary hike. For those who are not fitting into their categories, the company is pressuring them to work more in less salary or leave the job. Too much pressure....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
