Initially was a very good company to work with as management changed so did the working hours, Weekoff's.

Dislikes

No work life balance No Job security as I worked for 4+ years and they just decided to randomly layoff 100's of loyal employees with just a statement of Restructuring There were no written or oral warnings given. Working hours were like 12 - 14 hrs. Annual Appraisal is also bad they only give a designation so that the employee waitsback there is no much monetary benefit involved....Read More

Nothing is structured here, they hire young directors from good colleges sad part is being from iim doesn’t means having good managing skills, a few managers having no visioned goal, program director is confused what he whats? Whether its goal A or goal B, rather understanding their reportee’s challenges they give out warning mails
