Only Saturday and Sunday holiday is good in this organisation.

Dislikes

Everything is worst in this organisation, private employees are treated like garbage, no salary increment, no promotions, no bonuses on festivals . Government employee are like Don in this organisation they do what they wanted to do . Netagiri is worst in this organisation

There are good number of holidays that can be availed for personal use. Although promotional Avenues are slow and bad yet there is a job security being government organisation. Skill development programs need to be enhanced. Salary is good as per government pay scales.

Dislikes

Promotional Avenues are slow and bad. Sometimes arbitrarily some promotions have been done not in compliance with seniority list. I have also been sufferer and could get only one promotion in 28 years of service period.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
