For fresher it's good to work but they will grill like working 12 to 14 hour.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic . So much discipline .on each time you will be judged by manager or by lead or by HR . Appraisal needs manager approval which means u should behave like slave in front of manager .

You would get to work on good tech stack if you are aligned to a good project.

Dislikes

The work culture here is not good. Most of the projects would be rushed and the managers would keep nudging you to complete it fast. There is no clear ownership of the project components and as a result it gets difficult to resolve a bug or to implement a new functionality on an existing project. Also, work life balance is also very bad as you would have to complete functioality in a rushed state and you would be ended up working 11-12 hours a day and also on weekends without any compoff or Extra working day(atleast this was the case with my manager)....Read More

With good projects comes good culture. But good projects are very limited. Same goes for Mangers/Team leads.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
