Got chance to work on technologies, but they keep rotating you around the skills like from node -> js -> python -> React -> son on that you will not have deep knowledge of any skill. You have to do it yourself.

Work life balance is worst, appraisal are based on utilization if you are working on internal projects also then it will affect your appraisal as utilization of internal projects are not counted. Even you will get lot of work that you manager will ask to do even officially bu utilization will not be counted and hence your appraisal will effected. you have to complete 9 hours in office even if you are working till 12 AM night. They says that it is your duty to do work at night but you must complete 9 hours in office....Read More

Work culture is pathetic . So much discipline .on each time you will be judged by manager or by lead or by HR . Appraisal needs manager approval which means u should behave like slave in front of manager .

1.Team leads/AM's Micromanage everything and are pathetic at skill set 2.Forced to work for extra hours by saying project requirement is this ... if you don't do this you have to be sitting on bench and you know the consequences. I worked for more than 12 hrs and they just gave you an extra tick option for adding hrs more than 10n hrs of logging no benefits or perks. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Fake experience in x technology resume for client project which they ask you to prepare then when you are not able to perform in x technology they take it as excuse and reduce you rating subsequently giving less increment and mental harassment</mark>. 4. AM takes all the decision of PM , people are promoted to managerial positions without having experience in the same. i.e senior java developer promoted to project manager .. now he only keeps correcting our way of presenting the facts in more sentences instead of talking to client about our issues or helping us in our real problems , he just listens to whatever AM says . 5. RM and your mangers go hand in hand you can't go for help otherwise they all will target you together. 6. No review by employe for manager it's only a one way thing .... when you write something in monthly feedback form they start targeting you instead of solving the problem. 7. make you work as a shadow or some internal task without giving you a progress thread for the same and at the time of appraisal says you were on bench 0 productivity as per report....Read More

Work life balance is not there. If you ask for leaves, they will ask to compensate by working extra Saturday so that their client billing is not affected. If some months have less billing days due to holiday, then also they will ask to work extra.
