there's nothing to dislike about the company other than the fact that you'll be forced to resign, if you don't achieve your monthly targets. Don't get into sales if its not your cup of tea. The job seemed underpaid. idk what's the pay now. But two years back it was bad.

Unschool is filled with amazing people. The team leaders are very understanding and the office mood is always very jolly.

Dislikes

No one is going to teach you how to get the job done, you will have to do trial and error. If you do not have any background management or sales experience you can consider your chances of failing at this company very very high.

There is nothing to like except for you staying near people your age.

The company has young people only not people with experience . Therefore nothing is systematic . The training is not relevant to the work you do. The process is proper pyramid scheme of sales which they follow . You will see people being removed just like that without any notice . There is basic learning sessions . You can never aceanything with your learning or growth graph. They promise you a lot of things post completion of targets but they will not provide anything . There will be days when your TL will ask you to sit till 11pm if your revenue is zero. They show you lovely future by words but nothing is true eventually . There is no add on benefits ....Read More
