Worst HR Team, Managers are worst always looking for favorisim. No Growth, Manual Working. Far behind in technical aspect. Overtime working without benefits. Poor Salary and no appraisal. Kicks people out for keeping their view points. 6 days working without any work from home.

Nothing to like, they are having a bunch of SOPs and formats but everyone is filling fake and management is also appreciating them to do the same.

Everything, they have arranged beds at plant, imagine working 24 hrs, ridiculous never come here its a horror show.

0 in work life balance., They forced to do a OT for everyone. It is one of the worst environment to work. If you are fresher don't start your career in minda. I don't have any idea about other plants but I worked in hosur. I can assure u it will not the good company for career. If you are experienced person and already working in a good company,minda will be like hell.
