Dislikes
The Branch Manager & Branch VP behaves like dictator, never allows employees to talk within themselves, expects to sit on the seat all 9 hours. People are not even allowed to have normal introduction with newly joined employees. One will always be questioned even if he/she talks for even 5 minutes with colleagues. It feels like a jail here.

I was in ocean export team. It was very bad experience in my overall professional carrier. No proper job handover & no SOP maintain for key customer and overseas agent. Everyday late sitting till late night and nothing any appreciation or courtesy from senior team and management. If there any error or penalty due to work pressure then company deducted the same from salary. Even holiday you need to work from home so no work life balance & no time to family. Management not taking any initiative to add head count to smooth the process and staff can work without pressure to avoid penalty & leave on time. Even they are not using other staff to assign them for help the team for streamline the process....Read More
