It has been almost a year for me here at UNIVO and this year has truly helped me grow 10x individually. There’s so much learning here at UNIVO, the best part is you get to work cross-functionally at all the levels especially if you’re working here for Marketing. Working on tools, events both virtual offline events for our anchor partner Amity Online has been great. Initially you might feel like people working here and the environment to be intimidating but it’s nothing like that, people and culture is all chill just that you’ll have to start interacting and talking to let things sink in. There’s nothing as such to dislike. If you are someone who wants to learn and grow and actually make a change then this place is for you. If you got it in you, people will hear you out and care about your opinion.

Not toxic workplace That is enough for working in a good space. People around are not playing politics.
