The working environment is quite interesting. The teammates are very colaborative and joyful. As I am a Postdoc , so, i have to apply for grants to have good flow of money in the projects. We meet different big scientists from different countries and companies and disscuss our method development with them and make colaborations. The hospital have high through output machines , which helps in the research. Working with the patient cells gives you a proper idea about the drug screening . Although Mice behavioural Unit (MBU) gives you acess of different genetically modified mammals and cultuing their cells gives you a apopritae environment to do experiments....Read More

Dislikes

Research is quite intensive but the attendents were doctors who have to attened patients. So, they have less time to give to the lab discussion. Salary is limited but enough to get you running.
