Horrible culture. Compensation is horrible. Not enough growth to learn. No new activities. The CIO has zero leadership quality. Unethical behaviour, only think abt himselves no team meeting with any team members during lockdown. Not a great company to look at.

Worst company to work....No Human rights no employee right you will be exploiting in every possible manner. Work culture is worst ( other then Andheri Mumbai location). To much politics in every department and harassment by HR and reporting manager. No system, no market image, very poor in claim settlement only motor and health insurance business, Very poor hiks, salaries and other benefits.
