With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! A very best place for startup of your career. I really love the fact that i am a part of a team that sell and markets reliable and best quality products with its global client base. Management is too good. even though if you are fresher, can take such important decisions in hurry. superiors will always support and appreciate (specially MD). but then its your regular work to take such responsibility and finish it. weather the concern person work or will not work. so at the end of the story a person who is appointed for one dept will get experienced each process running at company. Except Sales Dept, all others are quite slow. which in results you have to say sorry to the client each time (specially delay in delivery). but the appreciative thing is the internal team never compromise with the quality. Your client will always happy when you supply a good quality product. delivery will not make such issues.
