Job Security is there in IT, But other departments there is no job security. Highly politicized work environment. Management is not that knowledgeable about their business as Owners are not educated. Slightly racist. Arabs (Especially Egyptians) are preferred over other nationalities and paid good salary not for their skills but simply because the management favors them. Politics is there, work culture not good, Politically motivated type of organizational hierarchy, if you make your manager happy then everything fine, else were tough for you. No appraisals. 5 Years no increment for many as they was straight forward and on books many saved millions of SAR for company, but no appreciation nor benefit.
