Bank hr provide grading system is not on experience or last organization grade. In short they join with degrade. 👎 Bank is received as per your expectation business and at the time of appraisal incerement percentage. 👎

Nothing to like abt this company they have lot of politics internally and it will disturb your personal life. The manager goes personal and favour their favorites and other employees do back stabbing. Vkyc, the worst process and team specially the managers are not good. #No job security.

Everything. When you have any questions and you raised or ask the hr. They will literally don't know the answer even if you have mailed something imp to hr she will ignore the e-mail and instead she sends birthday email to the employees at the same tym and will not bother to reply back the email or answer the call of employees. If you want work life balance please don't join this company.

Pressure gaven to the CSE FOR sales that was not good for operation employee to gave sales .we have to do operations and sale's that' not good I don't like that policy. If we company gaven 20% sale's but incharge people asking everyday sales that' not good.

Some merged bank staff with this bank have taken CSE roles after amalgamation inspite of having ample experience just to avoid sales and work pressure which is indeed creating a lot of sales pressure on sales staff. Target should be equal for every staff which is not so ok here always asking the RM and RO's is not good because every one is getting paid equally and the RM and CSE with same years of experience but different work assignments are paid equally which is wrong....Read More

Third class bank with no job security. No work life balance tedious process ,.Bank IT infrastructure is very poor with no support from IT team. There is hire and fire policy in this bank.HR dept is useless and deaf dept. Bank do not care about employees . No digital product no facility to customer ,beurocratic management made this place worst place. I hope RBI should cancell licence of this bank.
