Some of the colleagues are very helpful, including a few of the Managers. A person who does not wants more challenges in work and similar work profile, Unitedlex is good for them. Freshers are hired as FTH, which is converted on performance basis after 6 months to a permanent role. Work life balance is mostly maintained, unless ther e is requirement of project to work till late hours. •The projects are of similar kind so with time, learning process slows down, and the same work profile becomes monotonous and non challenging, One can easily lose interest. • Work life balance at times are distributed for a continuation of 3-4 weeks, and again in every 1-1.5 months with late night stay back of the whole team plus we ekend working, and the incentive given is very low, though stay back and weekend working are said to be discretionary but the management will not accept “no” without knowing the exact reason for requests. • Salar<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">y is very low as per the market and increments are almost negligible. Overall it was a okay experience at Unitedlex, colleagues and some managers are helpful. Interest in work slows down as no new learning are left after 2-3 months.
