The only plus point i see is the colleagues are very good and which is the only thing a person can work in Unitedlex for a shot period not for a long time.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low, also the growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, we have to work straight in a day for 14-16 hours. Senior level management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why mostly no one come forward with new suggestions. Your work here is not appreciated and the appraisals are also the worst as compared to the market standards</mark>. No new opportunities are provided to the person who wants to learn. Company policies are rigid and you are not supposed to get any exceptions during an emergency. I would not recommend this to work for a long time....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
