Nothing, stupid job in incident management. They take on people and make them watch screen for 9 hours even not allowing to piss. Won't credit any money for extra hours worked.

Stupid managers. Managed by this person called Rupesh upadhyay who is abusive and inhumane. Makes team lead and every one to work extra without giving due credit while he does nothing.

In some teams getting leaves is impossible even though you have enough leave balance even during emergency cases, you need to beg to you managers and at time they bargain on your leaves. No shift allowance even though you are working in different time zones (UK & US)
