No job security, they can terminate you anytime by seeing outside market layoff trend. Manager is not capable of resolving issues within the team untill and unless you be his/her chamcha. New learning doesn't work as they doesn't give new opportunity to work on that as they prefer their chamchas for new position. So basically managers will not allow you to grow here.
