I really recommend working in uhg. I learnt so many things and develop lots of skills while working there, i did not face any stress.

Dislikes

One of the disadvantages is working in uhg is they pay less salary in comparison to the market and apraisal oppprtunity is very limited. Majority of the People are working for more than 6 yo 7 years in the same positon as IJP comes rarely in uhg. Night shift is also a drawback that i f aced and most of the people are not comfortable in working in this shift as it impacts your health for sure in long term....Read More
