Skill development and exposure is good. New recruits will get good exposure and can use it as platforms to jump and this is not a place for carrier growth.Maximum one year is good enough.

Dislikes

Though it is a MNC, there is scant regard for ethics, work life balance. Manufacturing sector is at the worst receiving ends. Work pressure is high and too many functional heads will ask the same details in different formats and phone calls will be at any time. Unit heads are responsible but without powers. Assessment are done on out dated bell curve system and some of the units will not have required staffs but their performance will be clubbed with better staffed units. Lot of manufacturing units are being closed or either sold and Employees are dismissed without even a week time. Their settlements are referred to BOP who will not address their issues in holistic way. Often it is bits and pieces. Manufacturing employees are sent without any compensation but if it finance or sales they will get compensation. Learning phase and executing the challenging jobs was thrilling but after some time you get demotived due to poor work life balance.
