There is nothing to like about this company as nepotism is a significant issue, with many of the CEO’s relatives holding influential positions. Additionally, the director is incompetent and has little understanding.

I would strongly advise against joining United software group Inc. This company lacks job security and does not value talent & hard work. Advancement opportunities are primarily given to those who consistently flatter the bosses, rather than to deserving employees based on merit. The Director is also sycophants to the CEO, creating a toxic work environment. Additionally, the company is plagued by nepotism.
