If you join UNDP as consultant, they may fire you any time with out any notice depending on Project you are working. I was placed in department of employment and Training from UNDP. My initial proposed period for consultation was 12 month but with in 6 months they closed the project and asked me to leave. I was job less for almost 4 moths until i found another.
