Fraud company. One of the worst BPO in Kolkata. Runs scam process on background. The owner got arrested several times for this reason. Company doesn't give you salary on time... This Company doesn't care about agent all they care about is management itself... our Salary was always delayed till 20th of every month... They don't see how hard it is for agent expenses like rent, taxi fair nothing at all

I worked as process associate and all they give you is more and more pressure and when it comes about salary they will give u 75%on 20th and dnt know about rest

I got my salary always with out any unnecessary deduction. Needed money for emergency purpose. The boss always helped me. Got appraisal cannot disagree on that.

Dislikes

What the management shows the boss he believes weather the agent is right or wrong. He should also investigate. Working environment is very strict.
