Need Advices on my career
Hi
have worked for 4 companies in my 5.5 years
Company 1 : 1 year 1 month
Company 2: 1 year 8 months,
I left my second company during 2nd covid, i lost my father so i was working way far from my family,
Company 3 : i worked 1 year
i got the opportunity again in beverages just wanted to move from General trade to b2b so
Currently company 1.8 months , I am working in beverages, staying far from the family , now wanted to shift back to home town to look after my family, 2 companies interview i cracked but i did not get offer, I asked HR they said , Due to stability issue we kept in 2 priority
Now i have an offer but they are offering 15K Less salary to current salary
what should I do now, I had performed well in all my previous jobs ,
