The work culture in the factories are really terrible. You get zero support from people around you. Management is really bad. They do not encourage or support employees on a single thing . Any kind of small mistake is pinned on you really badly. Your manager will literally make you feel worthless and won't help you in a single thing. There are no proper training or grooming given to Freshers. Every one here is trying to save their jobs and pin their mistakes on others. The managers literally will pin their mistakes on you and sack you. There is no career growth opportunities in their factories. You literally have to do everything to your manager to get a good rating. Promotion is solely based on factory management which is horrendous to say the least. Staff is considered on the lower garde when compared to other category of workforce like permanent workmen. 3.Skilled operators in the permanent work force category is very less resulting in regular machine breakdown and wastage of company resources. 4.HR function at plant level is very poor. No welfare activities for staff. Plant HR doesn't have control on the Workmen/ labour and external agency.( If required to say in one word time pass candidates) 5.Unnecessary wastage of resources, management doesn't even bother on operational cost.
