1.There is no proper hike given 2. One will get promoted only if they manager's favourite 3. Leads will Target and torture a particular person of different state /language 4.internal IJP are just eyewash , one will receive multiple rejection emails without proper justification 5. 10 hrs shift with no proper break schedules 6.few managers will make one feel useless 7. No goodies will be provided 8. Biased leads 9. No sick leaves will be approved 10. Female candidates will not be considered for Internal growth 11.
