The market correction happened in a year was sudden surprise. The products are very good. Work force is talented.
Dislikes
Often org changes makes the associates discouraged with long vision. Don't have a sales team to work on the products. Hence projects sailing is not visible. Hike is marginal Technical growth is limited. Promotions are not disclosed, hence self growth cant be justified.
