The company had a work-life balance, but now you're supposed to come three days a week.

Micromanagement with no trust. Every 12–13 months, leadership changes with that new process and a new rule book. There is no trust for employees in leadership. There has been no salary hike for the past 3 years. No role code change or promotion Can be terminated anytime, even if you are a top performer.

ECS Application Services is very bad culture. Leadership people have no idea about anything. They only shut down projects. One side they fire people and other side they hire people to show that they are busy. Only talking talking but zero action. Too soon they will shut down the entire ECS AS. Lot of politics and favouritism. People can survive if you pamper the leadership team.
