1) HR Policy is pathetic and uncleared to management itself. 2)Management doesn't have the experience to handle team. 3) After joining they will assign you different work than the agreed KRA at the time of the interview. 4) It's a very small company. 5) Salary was delayed due to a Fund crunch and the same was conveyed by one of the management members. 6) There is no stability, management can sack you on the basis of assigned work, not on the basis of KRA which is agreed upon at the time of the interview....Read More
