Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I really admire the institute for their continuous efforts to train the staff. The thing which I learned from this institution is how to manage your work with short period . This institution is dedicated to Dr. Abdul kalam . They mostly focused in mannerisms, Disciple, and enhancement of skills. The management is quite strict but it leads to better management of school. I really enjoyed my work. From Admission counseling to teaching. They have a good strength of students. They believe in continuous grow and give best to students....Read More

I was working as an Admin executive assistant well as assistant teacher . My job role was to maintain day to day office work, admission counseling, and take lectures of English in std 9th ,10th Cordinate with staff and management and Filing ,

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
