There is no benefit to work here in adwin they don't recognize the hard work, I have appointed Amritsar distributor, developed Patiala distributor, Jalandhar hoshiarpur Jagraon distributor but they have not recognize my contribution. Their is no job security even you work hard, don't have any policy regarding employees and management is not supportable in any kind.
