There are various things of learning for new comers in each department.

Dislikes

Unit Head & Unit Managers are only puppet. Things are running in CFO & Corporate's hands only. In each sections conditions are worst. No Job security, No Appraisal, No any self satisfaction. Partiality is very high between HO & Unit.

System oriented in some cases, on time salary, Top management is reachable, Flexible timing for corporate.

No use of HR department other than events organisation, no reviews on salary structures, Appraisals are based on favourism. Good employees are under rated but favourites are getting everything. No control of top management at department level. Bad decisions are being ignored and approved by top management. No reviews on why good employees are leaving.
