Management don't hear problems of down the line people, F&A head is ruining the company's culture and reputation of company. Seniors Don't support their teams everyone just try to save them by offering their juniors for firing very bad culture.

There are various things of learning for new comers in each department.

Dislikes

Unit Head & Unit Managers are only puppet. Things are running in CFO & Corporate's hands only. In each sections conditions are worst. No Job security, No Appraisal, No any self satisfaction. Partiality is very high between HO & Unit.
